Role Overview

Civils & Lintels is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the sale of our full range of products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve customers' needs in a safe and professional manner
  • Maintain a high standard of health and safety on sites and in depots
  • Be one of the faces of Civils and Lintels and contribute to creating great customer service
  • Develop close working relationships with your team
  • Manage your own internal customer ledger, with previous experience an advantage
  • Build relationships with key suppliers
  • Handle customer orders and enquiries daily

Requirements

We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, reliable, and ambitious individual with extensive knowledge and experience of the Civils merchanting industry. You will need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
