At the Arnold Clark Group, we are looking for a skilled Mechanic and Maintenance Expert to join our team at Wigan Renault/Dacia.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of manufacturers and models, staying up-to-date with the latest vehicle technology, and be responsible for carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard.

You will inspect engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately using computer-based diagnostic equipment, repairing or replacing broken parts and resolving defects.

Key Skills:
  • Certificate in Light Vehicle Maintenance Level 3 and relevant work experience in the automotive industry
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a busy team or independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Full driving licence

We offer a competitive salary of £48,000 per annum, plus overtime paid at time and a half, and a range of benefits including flexible hours, toolbox cover, and ongoing training.
