We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team as a Trainer and Assessor. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in teaching and assessment, while also gaining experience in industry-standard training practices.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to apprentices and adults, focusing on Mechanical Maintenance skills and knowledge. You will work closely with colleagues to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients and their learners.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in Mechanical Maintenance engineering, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
In return, we offer a competitive salary range of £32,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including a 22.7% company pension contribution and 37 days' annual leave. We also offer opportunities for career progression and professional development, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality training sessions to apprentices and adults, focusing on Mechanical Maintenance skills and knowledge.

- Maintaining accurate records of learner progress and achievements, and reporting on training outcomes as required.
- Participating in regular training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- A strong background in Mechanical Maintenance engineering, preferably with a relevant qualification or experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with learners, colleagues, and clients.
