About the Role
Fisher German is seeking a skilled Rural Administrator to join our Property Management & Consultancy team in Ashby de la Zouch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing private and large corporate non-operational client portfolios throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Property Management & Consultancy team in managing client portfolios, ensuring compliance and best practice in property management.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, tenants, and contractors, to resolve day-to-day issues and achieve satisfactory outcomes.
- Ensure accurate documentation and records, including tenancy agreements, rent review notices, and compliance certificates.
- Maintain property management and accounting software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management.
- Support internal compliance systems, including approved contractors and supplier management.
Requirements
- First-class work prioritization and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Desire to learn quickly, drive efficiencies, and share knowledge.
- Proficiency with Information Technology and Systems.
- Ambition to pursue a career in Business Administration or related field.
