About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rural Administrator to join our Property Management & Consultancy team in Ashby de la Zouch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing private and large corporate non-operational client portfolios throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working within and supporting the Property Management & Consultancy team to manage client portfolios, ensuring compliance and best practice in property management.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including clients, tenants, and contractors, to resolve day-to-day issues and achieve satisfactory outcomes.
  • Creating and maintaining property records, including tenancy agreements, rent review notices, and compliance certificates, while capturing efficiencies to improve processes.
  • Maintaining our property management and accounting software package and ensuring accuracy of management and reporting data.
  • Ensuring client files are managed in accordance with RICS regulations and supporting internal compliance systems.
Requirements
  • First-class work prioritisation and strong attention to detail.
  • The desire to learn quickly, drive efficiencies, and knowledge share.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to show initiative, problem solve, and take ownership.
  • Proficiency with Information Technology and Systems.
  • Ambition to pursue a career in Business Administration or a related field.
