Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to represent our company in the East Yorkshire area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across a range of customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a business plan for allocated territory to maximize sales and deliver excellent standards of customer service and support.
  • Maintain and develop existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities and extending the customer base.
  • Maintain strong sales administration, including the use of CRM (MS Dynamics) to follow up all leads, enquiries, and quotes.
  • Work closely with the site's internal teams and sales coordinators to ensure a first-class service is provided to customers at all times.
  • Adopt a consultative approach with clients to tailor appropriate solutions to meet their needs while developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of all packaging solutions and full product range.
  • Meet potential clients, growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Plan approaches, sales presentations, and pitches.
  • Meet yearly and monthly sales targets assigned to you.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' field-based/client-facing sales experience.
  • Recent B2B field sales/customer-facing experience with a record of impressive performance, including new business acquisition success.
  • Ability to demonstrate a recent track record of success in meeting sales targets.
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to reside on patch within the East Yorkshire area.
  • Computer literacy, including the use of CRM (dynamics) and MS Office products.
