Job Title: FLT Driver Counterbalance

We are seeking a skilled FLT Driver Counterbalance to join our team at Randstad RIS. As a FLT Driver Counterbalance, you will be responsible for operating a forklift truck to move goods around the warehouse, maintaining safety and housekeeping standards, and achieving productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating a Forklift truck (Full training provided)
  • Moving goods around the warehouse using SAP (via the vehicle mount unit)
  • Remove new production stock from production conveyors
  • Store the pallets in the Warehouse
  • Unload vehicles delivering full goods into the warehouse
  • Load outbound vehicles to dispatch to customers and other company sites
  • Some manual handling may be required to rebuild damaged pallets
Requirements:
  • MUST have FLT license for 1 year + (in-house license is also accepted, but should be in date)
