F&B Receiving & Storeroom Supervisor

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented F&B Receiving & Storeroom Supervisor to join our team at The Standard London. As a key member of our purchasing team, you will be responsible for coordinating orders, receiving deliveries, and distributing goods to ensure par stock levels are maintained across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate orders and deliveries with purchasing and back of house managers
  • Inspect deliveries to ensure they meet standards and implement stock and rotation control measures
  • Manage inventory and participate in monthly stocktakes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Ensure food safety controls are in place and maintained

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a similar purchasing, stores, or goods receiving role
  • Exceptional knowledge of food and drink products and stock control procedures
  • Food Safety Level 2 certification and understanding of HACCP
  • Highly motivated and proactive with excellent administration and organization skills
  • Previous experience with Birch Street is a plus
