Job Description

**Support Worker Opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. The service supports adults aged between 18 - 65 and is located in a beautiful area.


The ideal candidate will have a caring nature and the ability to engage with the people they support. No experience is required, and we will provide full training and support.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices.
  • Ensure the safety of the service users.
  • Follow care plans for each individual.
  • Take service users out into the community.
  • Participate in arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
  • Varying levels of personal care.
