Support Worker Opportunity in Llantwit Major

We are seeking caring and passionate individuals to join our Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs in Llantwit Major, Vale of Glamorgan.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live happy, healthy, and meaningful lives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices.
  • Ensuring the safety of the service users.
  • Following care plans for each individual.
  • Taking service users out into the community.
  • Participating in arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
  • Varying levels of personal care.
What We Offer

We offer a range of benefits, including:

  • A competitive salary of £26,477 - £26,926 (including sleeps) + plenty of overtime available.
  • Full-time permanent contract with a variety of shifts, including optional sleeps and weekends.

  • Auto-enrolment Pension Scheme.
  • Range of bespoke training to equip staff with the skills needed to work with people with various complex needs.
