Job Title:

Band 5 OLDER ADULTS INPATIENT NURSE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Worcestershire. As a Band 5 OLDER ADULTS INPATIENT NURSE, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status.
  2. Administer medications and monitor their effects on patients.
  3. Provide therapeutic interventions such as counseling and behavioral therapies.
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  5. Offer emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting mental wellness and recovery.
Requirements:
  1. Current and valid registration with the NMC.
  2. Proven experience within a community recovery role.
  3. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
  4. Past experience dealing with Older Adults.
Working Hours and Contract Duration:

This position will require you to work from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours. The contract duration is 3 months.
