Job Title: Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Redditch and Worcestershire. This is a 3-month contract opportunity that offers a competitive rate of pay and the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in an adult inpatient setting.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and provide therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Offer emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting mental wellness and recovery.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current and valid registration with the NMC.
  • Proven experience within a community recovery role.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
  • Past experience dealing with Adults.
Working Hours and Contract Duration:

This position requires a flexible schedule, with the opportunity to work from Monday to Friday. The contract duration is 3 months.
