Primary Residential SEMH Lead Teacher

We are seeking an outstanding educator to join our team as a Primary Residential SEMH Lead Teacher at Wells Park School, an Ofsted-rated Outstanding Residential Special Educational Needs School.
As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to children aged 5-11 with complex needs associated with SEMH.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our experienced teaching staff to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality education to students with complex SEMH needs
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in collaboration with colleagues
- Contribute to the development of our school's curriculum and educational programs
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
