About the Role

We are seeking a Criminology Graduate to join our team at Academics Ltd. as a Support Worker for children with social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children with their academic work and daily activities
  • Work with teachers and therapists to establish learning outcomes and develop individualized plans
  • De-escalate situations and provide emotional support to children
  • Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Child and adult DBS clearance (we can support your application if you do not currently have one)
  • Commitment to working with children with special needs and a desire to make a positive impact
  • Empathy and resilience in a fast-paced environment
