Join us as a Graduate Support Assistant - SEMH in Greenwich and make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with special educational needs. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with teachers and other support professionals to deliver exceptional student outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEN in a classroom setting, developing and implementing individualized support plans to enhance their learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure seamless student support.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a Top 20 UK University.
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for supporting students with additional needs.

What We Offer:
