Job Title: Facilities Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of luxury properties across the UK. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all pre-planned maintenance is undertaken to a high level of quality for our tenants and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large portfolio of luxury properties across the UK
  • Ensure all pre-planned maintenance is undertaken to a high level of quality
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Collaborate with our maintenance team to ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Monitor and report on maintenance costs and performance
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
