We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Fire Door Installers to join our team at CLC Group Ltd, a leading Property and Asset Maintenance Company with branches nationwide.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing fire door sets, carrying out all aspects of fire door maintenance, working independently and as part of a team, liaising with management on a daily basis, and conducting fire door assessments and recording findings.

This is a full-time position based in Brandon, Suffolk, requiring 39 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Joinery or other relevant trade, or equivalent level of competence obtained from on-the-job experience;
  • Proven experience working as a Carpenter carrying out maintenance to fire doors and fitting fire doors;
  • Experience in working in the social housing/health/high street sector;
  • Trade background experience;
  • Knowledge/Awareness of Health and Safety on site.
