Job Description: Stepping Stones, a leading private learn-to-swim provider in Scotland, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead - Swimming Instructor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of swimming instruction and making a lasting impact on swimmers and their families.

Role Overview: We are looking for an exceptional individual who can deliver high-quality lessons, support the development of our instructors, and maintain strong relationships with our facilities partners.

Responsibilities:

  1. Teach swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety
  2. Provide guidance and feedback to newly qualified instructors to help them develop their skills and confidence
  3. Foster strong relationships with facility staff to ensure seamless delivery of our services
  4. Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, student progress, and instructor performance

Requirements:

  • National Governing Body Swimming Teacher Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a swim instruction environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Clean driving license and willingness to travel to various locations
