Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team in a Secondary school in Aberdare. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting learners in Key Stage 3 and 4, ensuring a smooth and productive learning environment.

Job Summary:
  • Supervise a classroom of learners, preparing the classroom for lessons and working in accordance with the school's behaviour management policies.
  • Support the school's teaching staff in maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the school's administration team to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 months of experience in a related industry role.
  • Registration as a Cover Supervisor with the EWC (the Education Workforce Council).
  • References covering the last two years, with no gaps.
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
  • The right to work in the UK.
