About the Role:

The Public Relations Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining the reputations, visibility, and fame of Payl8r's three brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fintech industry, excellent writing and storytelling skills, and the ability to distill complex information into clear and compelling messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation - Develop press releases, thought leadership articles, blog posts, and social media content across all channels.
  • Media Relations - Establish new and nurture existing relationships with key journalists, industry analysts, and influencers in the fintech and wider business spaces.
  • Campaign Management - Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of strategic PR campaigns and initiatives to support product launches, corporate announcements, and other key milestones.
  • Internal Communications - Work with the marketing team and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of messaging and consistent communication internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or related roles, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of each brand's ecosystem, including key players, trends, and regulatory considerations.
