Home Care Assistant

At Trinity Homecare, we are seeking a compassionate and patient Home Care Assistant to join our team. This is a rewarding role that requires a caring nature and the ability to provide high-quality care to individuals in their own homes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They should also be enthusiastic about helping others and have a strong desire to make a positive difference in people's lives.
We offer a competitive salary of £117 per day, plus additional benefits such as holiday pay, food and meals included, double pay for Bank Holidays, and free ongoing training. Our Live-In Care workers typically work one week on and one week off, rotating shifts.
In this role, you will provide tailored one-to-one care, including personal care, prompting and administering medication, companionship and social outings, meal preparation, and general household tasks. You will also be responsible for completing daily records and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:- Patient, kind, and compassionate individual
- Enthusiastic about helping others
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Driving Licence preferred but not essential
- 6 months professional Live-in care experience preferred
