Home Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Home Care Specialist to join our team at Everycare. As a Care Provider Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with personal care, meal preparation, and other daily tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a caring nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing and dressing
- Prepare meals and snacks as required
- Administer medication and assist with mobility
- Support clients with domestic cleaning and laundry
- Accompany clients on outings and social events
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate starting at £13.25 per hour
- Weekend pay rates £14.70 per hour
- Bank Holiday rates £22.00 per hour
- Tax-free mileage paid at 45p per mile
