About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic individual to join our team as a Complaints Resolution Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complaints and concerns about NHS services, providing exceptional support to patients, their families, and carers.

As a Complaints Resolution Officer, you will work closely with our Patient Experience Team to ensure that all complaints and concerns are addressed promptly and in accordance with our policy.

You will maintain accurate records of all interactions on our database, respond to patient queries, and escalate complex issues to senior officers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complaints and concerns about NHS services
  • Provide exceptional support to patients, their families, and carers
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions on our database
  • Work closely with the Patient Experience Team to address complaints and concerns

Requirements:

  • Educated to NVQ 3 level or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in complaints management or customer service
  • Advanced keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
