The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a global group of professionals dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our customers. As a Compliance and Risk Management Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance, supporting risk management, and managing regulatory changes.

You will act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, safeguarding confidentiality, enhancing regulatory practices, and prioritising positive outcomes in line with customer protection principles.

In addition, you will identify, assess, and mitigate strategic, operational, and project risks, analysing root causes of incidents, developing action plans, and contributing to the annual risk assessment process.

Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5+ years in a compliance role within financial services, preferably in general insurance.
  • Qualifications: Strong technical expertise in core compliance and regulatory practices, with a proven ability to apply compliance risk management effectively and deliver results to a professional standard.
  • Skills: Project management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively, communicate with impact, and drive projects to completion.
