As a Medical Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Norgine, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of our consumer promotional activities with local regulations and guidelines.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple regions, supporting a group of countries and reporting directly to the CHC Regional Head. You will collaborate closely with global and local marketing, digital, commercial/trade Legal and Compliance colleagues to identify and mitigate potential opportunities and risks.

In this exciting role, you will have the chance to develop and deliver capability programmes for content owners, providing support, guidance, and approval. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining a robust understanding of changes to local requirements and other regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve promotional and non-promotional consumer materials and activities to ensure compliance with relevant local requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on consumer content governance, copy approval, and local requirements.
  • Support the development and delivery of capability programmes for content owners.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively identify and mitigate potential opportunities and risks.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in Consumer Healthcare (OTC products and/or Medical Devices).
  • Medical degree desirable; Scientific/health related degree acceptable if supported by good experience.
  • A keen understanding of drug development and commercialization and the OTC/medical device regulatory requirements.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
