We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Worker to join our team delivering our young people's supported housing service in Ipswich. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and who require a level of support before they are able to sustain their own accommodation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Support Plans: Work with our customers to develop and implement individualized support plans that meet their aims and aspirations.
- Provide Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and guidance to our customers, helping them to manage risk and take positive risks to enhance their wellbeing.
- Collaborate with Other Agencies: Work closely with other support agencies to ensure a holistic approach to supporting our customers.
