  • Substantial demonstrable experience as a hydrogeologist within consultancy, water company, regulatory, or academic fields.
  • Experience leading projects through the project life-cycle, including problem definition, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and drawing succinct conclusions and recommendations.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, report-writing, and presentational skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with a strong focus on collaborative working and building high-quality client relationships.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary, regularly tested against other consultants.
  • Default 25-days of leave each year, plus bank holidays, and options to buy or sell some of that leave.
  • Access to a high-ranging training portfolio and development activities designed to help make the best of individual's abilities and talents.
  • Active support for staff in achieving corporate membership of relevant institutions.
