Key Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Hydrogeologist to lead our Environmental Compliance and Ground Engineering Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Water Science (Hydrogeology/Hydrochemistry) of the SW Environment Team, ensuring client requirements and deadlines are met.
• Take accountability for projects, monitoring performance and finances, and ensuring quality advice is provided.
• Contribute to the development of the SW Environment Team business, including work winning and marketing.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports to the Technical Director and support client management.
• Supervise and support junior members of staff, undertaking appraisals and development.

Person Specification

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Good financial and project management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain working relationships internally and externally.
• Good technical knowledge in hydrogeology.
