Job Title: FLT Driver and Waste Operative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FLT Driver and Waste Operative to join our team at Equans Services Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient collection and disposal of waste at our Coca-Cola N18 3DJ facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a counterbalance FLT to collect and transport waste to designated areas
  • Conduct pre-shift inspections of the FLT and balers to ensure they are in good working order
  • Report any near misses, incidents, or accidents to the relevant authorities
  • Load and unload vehicles with waste and recyclables
  • Operate plastic and cardboard balers to compact waste
  • Collect waste from various waste stations within the CCEP factory
  • Process waste and correctly segregate it for recycling or disposal
  • Store waste in designated areas and maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Transport staff drinks from the Process yard to the Dusmo
  • Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimal service to our client

Requirements:
  • Counterbalance FLT licence
  • Driving licence, category B
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly responsible and reliable
