We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Professional to join our team as a Client Onboarding Specialist. This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with clients and financial advisors to deliver exceptional service and ensure positive outcomes.

About the Role:

This role is perfect for someone with transferable experience in financial services, particularly in AML and KYC. You will be responsible for overseeing the client onboarding process, acting as a primary contact for client queries, and ensuring the delivery of excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Submitting new business to custody platforms

Monitoring and overseeing the transfer of client assets

Back-office system management

Record keeping and audit trail management

Handling service requests for clients

Maintaining compliant data and records

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, financial advisors, and custodians

Assisting with cash management

Conducting annual client documentation checks

Attending client meetings or calls

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £27,000 to £30,000, dependent on experience. Additionally, we provide 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, discretionary quarterly and annual bonuses based on individual and company performance, hybrid working arrangements, workplace pension, income protection, gym membership, regular socials, study material reimbursement, industry body membership, private medical insurance, Perkbox access, cycle-to-work scheme, and tech scheme.

Requirements:

Unrestricted rights to work in the UK

Transferable experience working in financial services with experience in AML and KYC

A degree or degree-level qualification is preferred but not necessary

Commitment to personal development through training and professional exams

Outstanding written and oral communication skills with an excellent telephone manner

Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently

Comfortable working in a team environment

Time management and prioritisation skills

Excellent IT skills

Attention to detail

Can-do attitude
