bAbout the Role:/bbrbrAdecco's specialist Property Services Division is proud to partner with St Annes to recruit a permanent Head of Property Services. This exciting opportunity will see you lead the development and growth of the service, contributing to business and operational plans, and utilising resources effectively.brbrbKey Responsibilities:/bbrbr Provide strategic leadership and vision in achieving the emerging Housing Strategybr Lead the development and growth of the servicebr Contribute to business and operational plansbr Utilise resources effectivelybrbrbRequirements:/bbrbr Extensive experience of staff leadership and managementbr Demonstrable knowledge and experience of significant financial management and budgetary controlbr Ability to critically analyse data to support service improvementbr Experience of leading teams where there are significant regulatory compliance requirements and where the teams are responsible for housing construction/maintenance/improvementbr Experience in commissioning/procuring contractors, including the use of frameworks and knowledge of legislative requirements and compiling multiple year procurement programmesbr Experienced in developing asset investment plans, in line with stock data, funding availability and best practice, including consultation with the wider organisation to ensure the plan reflects resident aspirations from feedbackbr Extensive experience of service improvement and organisational developmentbr Demonstrable ability to see beyond operational needs to strategic service developments within organisational aims and valuesbr Detailed understanding of compliance requirements within the housing sectorbr A relevant management qualificationbr Experience of working in the social housing sectorbr Experience of leading teams within a direct services organisationbr Demonstrable understanding of the operating context for the housing association sectorbr Experience of working with repair and asset & BenefitsbrbrbWhat We Offer:/bbrbr £3,000 car allowance per annumbr Holiday entitlement is 25 days rising to 28 days per each year's service + bank holidaysbr Pension is 8% ER 5% EEbr Flexible/Hybrid working
