About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Fraud Risk Mitigator. In this role, you'll play a vital part in our efforts to prevent and detect insurance fraud.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough investigations into suspected insurance fraud;
  • Working collaboratively with the COOT team to identify and address potential fraud risks;
  • Providing expert advice on fraud prevention and detection techniques;
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures related to fraud mitigation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Significant experience within the Motor Claims industry;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and risk regulations.
