We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Limewood Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
About the Role:
- Provide person-centered care to residents with dementia, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Support residents with their physical and emotional needs, including mobility and continence care.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
- A 30-40 hour contract, with opportunities for flexible working.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave, plus bank holidays.
- A comprehensive pension scheme.
- Uniform and DBS provided.

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
- At least 12 months experience working as a Care Assistant.
