About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our new development in Exeter, South West region.

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.

You will successfully manage all aspects of the building site, with responsibility for health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.

This is a key role in ensuring the continued success of Churchill Retirement Living's desirable developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.
  • Successfully manage all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.
  • Lead a team of site staff and ensure maximum cooperation and discretion at all times.
  • Liaise with external suppliers, specialists, and in-house teams to achieve critical objectives.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained at all times.
Requirements
  • Black or white CSCS card.
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
  • Previous Site Management experience gained building Residential Apartments, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes, or student accommodation.
  • Sound knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation.
  • Qualified First Aider at Work.
