Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Third Party Integrity Specialist to join our team at Taylor Root. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive due diligence checks on third-party engagements, managing and monitoring our Third Party Integrity Due Diligence tool, and developing and maintaining procedures and protocols to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and due diligence checks on third-party vendors and suppliers.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of due diligence processes.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders on third-party integrity matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in due diligence and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in due diligence, KYC, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of systems, processes, and technology, including system controls and configuration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive tasks, such as daily monitoring of alerts.
  • Critical thinking skills to identify irregularities and abnormalities.
  • Proficiency in additional languages (French, German, Spanish) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
