Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Third Party Integrity Specialist to join our team at Taylor Root. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive due diligence checks on third-party engagements, managing and monitoring our Third Party Integrity Due Diligence tool, and developing and maintaining procedures and protocols to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Due Diligence and Risk Management: Conduct thorough due diligence checks on third-party engagements to ensure compliance with our integrity standards.
  • Tool Management: Manage and monitor our Third Party Integrity Due Diligence tool to ensure efficient workflows and accurate data.
  • Procedure Development: Develop and maintain procedures and protocols to streamline due diligence processes and ensure consistency.
  • Stakeholder Support: Provide support to stakeholders across the organization on Third Party Integrity Due Diligence matters.
  • Collaboration: Contribute to broader Ethics & Integrity projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in due diligence, KYC, or related fields.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of systems, processes, and technology, including system controls and configuration.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive tasks, such as daily monitoring of alerts.
  • Critical Thinking: Critical thinking skills to identify irregularities and abnormalities.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in additional languages (French, German, Spanish) is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
