Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Global Music Operations Manager. This role is responsible for leading the Distribution Operations team, ensuring timely and accurate quarterly distributions, and developing strategies to improve operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Distribution Operations team to ensure timely and accurate quarterly distributions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve distribution-related issues.
  • Manage a team of coordinators, overseeing their workflows and performance.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, financial, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Excel and Microsoft applications.
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
