Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Lettings Negotiator in our Residential Sales department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and reputable property services company, with a strong presence in the North. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and book valuations for potential clients
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
  • Progress lets through to exchange and completion
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with experience of MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
