As a key member of our residential sales team, you will play a vital role in generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Your Role as a Part-Time Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator

As a Part-Time Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating and booking valuations
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
  • Optimising opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
Requirements and Skills
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
