Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Professional to join our team at Integral UK Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional engineering services and ensuring the smooth operation of our building infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provision of comprehensive engineering support, maintaining the building's systems and infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety codes of practice and statutory regulations.
  • Liaise with shift teams to ensure effective operation of systems and timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage PPM and reactive tasks, updating current systems as necessary.
  • Identify and source materials required for maintenance and repairs in a timely manner.
  • Implement and record statutory inspections, ensuring accurate recording of fire, access equipment, and water hygiene records.
  • Lead and motivate a small team of technicians/operatives, promoting a culture of excellence and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Appropriate experience within Building Services.
  • Formal qualification in electrical/mechanical engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Intermediate computer literacy using Windows Office applications.
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
