Cafe Team Member

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Cafe Team Member to join our team at Tesco. As a key member of our Front of House team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves our cafe feeling satisfied and valued.
As a Cafe Team Member, you'll be the face of our business, interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving food and drinks. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to health and safety standards, and working collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Take orders and serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring that every customer receives their order accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are clean and well-maintained.
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve our goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure that every customer receives the best possible service.
Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
