Commis Chef Opportunity at The Bull's Head Inn

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our team at The Bull's Head Inn, a Grade II listed Inn with a rich history dating back to the 15th century. As a Commis Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food service and contributing to the success of our kitchen team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and working effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to a high standard, following recipes and presentation specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized working station, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Assist with stock control and operating the kitchen within budget
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating and coordinating with colleagues to deliver exceptional food service
