Phoenix Learning and Care Group is a leading provider of residential care services for children in need.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at one of our children's homes in Tredegar.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £29,120 per annum, based on a 40-hour working week. In addition, they will receive a range of benefits, including:

Job DescriptionAs a Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to our young residents. This will involve:
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and personal care
- Engaging in activities that promote socialisation and emotional well-being
- Providing emotional support and guidance to help our young people overcome challenges and achieve their goals
You will work closely with other members of the care team to ensure that our young people receive the best possible care and support.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A relevant qualification in residential childcare (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
- A driving licence (essential for this role)
