We are seeking an ambitious and confident Automotive Sales Specialist to join our team at Arnold Clark in Morecambe.

About the Role

This is a car sales position that allows you to be yourself, showcase your customer service skills, and enjoy every working day to the full. As an Arnold Clark Product Consultant, you will be with our customers every step of the way, from initial contact to offering them a great aftersales experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Helping customers find the right car based on their needs
  • Delivering outstanding, 5-star service for every customer
  • Building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers through every step of the sales process
  • Selling the right sales package for the customer, including finance and servicing options
  • Co-ordinating the order and delivery of vehicles
  • Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
  • Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and deliver promises
Requirements
  • Fantastic communication, organisation and people skills
  • Bags of energy and enthusiasm
  • An understanding of the importance of being organised and remembering details
  • The desire for a lasting and fulfilling career
  • A full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year
