About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated individual to support and assess learners working towards their qualifications in health and social care, focusing on Children and Young People (CYP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help learners develop their skills.
  • Carry out assessment visits and online reviews, ensuring learners progress effectively.
  • Work closely with employers and the training team to ensure learners receive the best support.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you don't need prior experience in assessing - our client will provide all the necessary training.

You must have:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in a Children and Young People (CYP) setting.
  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in CYP (or equivalent).
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential for site visits).
  • A passion for helping others and supporting learners to achieve their potential.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your workload effectively in a hybrid working environment.
