About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Front Office Agent to join our team at The Celtic Collection. As a key member of our Front Office Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests, providing exceptional levels of service and ensuring a positive experience;">
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including handling room assignments, keys, and other guest requests;">
  • Maintain accurate records and utilize hotel systems to manage guest information and ensure timely billing and payment processing;">
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a positive work environment;">
  • Develop knowledge of The Celtic Collection's services and amenities, making informed recommendations to guests as needed.">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues;">
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and management systems, preferably with experience in a similar role;">
