Your responsibilities will include supervising and coaching a small team, delivering exceptional customer service, and working closely with the store management team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coach a small team to deliver market-leading standards of customer service
  • Work closely with the store management team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement effective crisis management and resilience strategies to minimize disruption to business operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements:

  • Experience of supervising or leading a small team
  • Experience of delivering great customer service in a retail sales or services business environment
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • A track record of achieving exceptional results against sales targets
  • Technical knowledge and skills in motoring or cycling, or a willingness to learn
