With a rich history of milling oats for over 100 years, our site produces market-leading products such as Quaker Oats, Quaker OatSo Simple, Scott's Porage Oats, and Scott's So Easy.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing technical expertise to support the production process. Your strong problem-solving skills and experience with electrical systems will enable you to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the production team to ensure seamless operation of electrical systems
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Planners and Asset Care Teams to ensure all planned maintenance is completed
• Support the Engineering Team Leader in driving improvements through CI initiatives and preventative actions
• Develop and implement effective solutions to reduce downtime and improve productivity
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

• Time served electrical engineer with ONC/HNC qualification in a relevant discipline
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with electrical systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CMMS software
