About the Role
Home Instead is seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting adults living at home with various needs throughout the local area.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Helping with mobility and transferring clients safely
- Overseeing medication and providing medical support
- Assisting with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Preparing and cooking meals
- Running errands, such as grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions
Requirements
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
- The right to work in the UK
