Care Home Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Lead to join our team at Leaders in Care in High Wycombe. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations within our care home, ensuring the highest standards of care for residents. This role requires a compassionate and skilled leader who is experienced in developing and implementing care plans. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and clinical expertise, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, which is reflective of the market rate for a Clinical Lead in the area. Some key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Leading and directing the nursing and care team
  • Developing and implementing care plans
  • Ensuring compliance with current legislation, standards, and guidelines

  • Mentoring and supervising the nursing and care team
